Happy Father's Day

Today we recognize Dads all over the world. Why do I say Dads? Because any virile man can father a child, but it takes a dedicated and special man to be a Dad. It is a Dad who will ensure that his offspring is safe and secure with every opportunity available to them for their nurturing and development. There are so many awesome Dads who are not the biological father of the child, but who seleflessly and unconditionally take on the responsibility. 

Dad's may not get as much recognition even when they are in some cases the sole provider to Mother & Child. Social change agendas have also been wreaking havoc on traditional familly structures as well as the responsibilities and the purpose of Dads, but I say unto any father, pay no attention to anything that will potentially take away from the relationship you may or can have with your child or children. If you focus on your child, everything will eventually fall into place.

Most images reflect a Father with his boy or boys, but if you are a father with a daughter, please make every effort to be in her life, because the examples of a man that you provide for her will lead her to seek the same. If you are not in her life, she will be lost as to what to expect of or from a man and you may lose her forever. Some of us unfortunately try and make our children live our dreams, instead of believing in their dreams.

To all you great Dads, continue to set an example for children and other Fathers to follow. Social change doesn't stick by simply yapping, it becomes generational through your actions.
