What Racist Law Did Trump Sign?

In the video below, the pastor in his wisdom asked a specific question. What “Law” has President Trump passed that is against the Bible. To give context, he clarified, “Law” not his attitude or whatever he says, he wants to know one, not ten, one? The way he asked the question should challenge the listener to think, as well as ponder why the pastor appeared to be so confident.

Understanding his angle, I didn’t view his question as a trick question, or one that requires extensive knowledge of the Bible. I viewed his question as an intellectual question that challenges a challenger’s knowledge of what is required to pass a law in the Republic of the United States of America. Since there are some painting a former President as a racist, I decided to put my own spin on the question to request one racist law that was passed or signed while Donald J. Trump was President.  Anyone cognizant of such knowledge would be aware of how difficult it would be for a President to create laws without the US Congress and they would also be aware that the fear mongering centered around Project 2025 is not credible or worthy of fear.

law of united states

There are three branches of the US government, the Executive, the Legislative and the Judicial. For a bill to be written and passed through the legislative process to become law, it requires an “Act of Congress.” The US Congress is made up of the House of Representatives with 435 members and the US Senate with 100 Senators with two senators representing each of the 50 states. For a bill to go through the legislative process to become US Law, it therefore requires a majority of 535 persons voting to approve it, before it can be submitted to the President for signing it into law. The President has the power to veto the law, but a two thirds vote of Congress can override a President's veto. There is also the US Supreme Court the  judicial branch there as a check and balance to make sure any such law is not in conflict with the US Constitution.

legislation

Therefore for President Trump to past a racist law, it would have to require ‘An Act of Congress,” which means a majority in the Congress should also be deemed racists. Not just the President. The Supreme Court would also have to have a majority of racists voting in conflict with the US Constitution. If anyone were to find a racist law during the Trump administration, it would therefore have been a law that was ratified by the US Congress and validated by the US Supreme Court, both wings of the government would also have to be deemed racists.  Nothing in the Heritage Foundation project 2025 can become law without the involvement of over 500 Government officials in 3 different branches of the US Government and this also applies to the agenda of any US President.

An Executive order is a directive by the President that manages the operations of the federal government and its employees. It is not a law of the land, neither is it permamnent.
