Break Free

It is always easy to sit in doubt

You start thinking about your life reflecting on the past

Where have I been?

Where could I have been?

Where will I be?

When something goes horribly wrong you spend countless hours trying to find what you think are solutions but instead you are trying to solve why the problem occurred

Why did it happen?

How could I be so silly?

What could I have done to prevent this from happening?

How could this be happening to me

INSTEAD BREAK FREE

When in doubts remind yourself where you are heading, define your future and see it come to past. Use your past as a guidance using the lessons you learnt. Do not let it limit the potential of your future. Breakfree.

When in problems, think solutions. The problem already exists. Focus on how you are going to solve it not solve why the problem happened. Although at times by solving why the problem occurred it could lead to finding a solution to the problem. :)  If this is not one of those situations do not sit pondering on the problem. Find your solution, address the issue now move on.

Your presence is evidence that you conquered your past and proof that you still have a future ahead of you. Start moving forward.
