Happy Thanksgiving Day! I hope people understand that Americans work hard for every morsel of food that they are putting to their mouths on this day.
God forbid that you should be so unfortunate as to be hit by a bus, and sent in a coma; be bandaged like a mummy; and have arms, legs and neck in traction.
Nonetheless, it’s oopsy daisy, suck it up! as you hear your boss’s shrill voice says, “And whom do you expect is going to do your job” Yet, we Americans have a lot to be thankful for, the things we take for granted like fertile land; freedom; democracy; and optimism.
