Born in Jamaica in the year 1981 to parents Iva and Vincent Hunter in little district called Lewis Store my childhood years are filled with fond memories. Five Tips to start your day:
1. Shower with gratitude - When taking a shower remind yourself of all the wonderful things that have turned around in your favour. When you rinse cleanse away all the negative things that occurred. Let go all the hurt and pain. Let go anger... Take another step closer to forgiving.
GOOD THOUGHTS
2. Brush your teeth with Honesty and Integrity - Commit yourself to being honest at all times and to be impeccable with your word.
YOU CAN TRUST MY WORD!
3. . Lotion with faith – It may not be literal lotion, but I will assume we all lotion our bodies after taking a shower. At this time I want you to remind yourself of the journey you are on. Why are you doing it? How important is it to you that you complete same?
I CAN DO THIS!
4. . Get dressed in perseverance – You can prepare for so much and no more so mentally you have to prepare yourself to push through the worst today. Anything that may occur that you were not prepared for will be conquered.
BRING IT ON
5. Now, step out with confidence
You want others to take you seriously especially if you’re embarking on a goal that will require the assistance of others. You cannot walk out “shaking;” your strides and posture have to exuberate confidence even if deep down you are scared.
