Born in Jamaica in the year 1981 to parents Iva and Vincent Hunter in little district called Lewis Store my childhood years are filled with fond memories. I began school at an early age since my mother was a teacher at Highgate Hall Age Primary in Highgate, St. Mary and I was drawn to music as my dad had a small sound system that would fill the air with Bob Marleys albums every Sunday evening after church. Successfully passing my Common Entrance Examination in 1992 I moved on to St. Mary High School then subsequently to Marymount Business College and pursued additional Business Courses. Read More...
Jamaican Men joining the BRING BACK OUR GIRLS MOVEMENT
the change needed. Let us start today and begin to be our brothers keeper. Let us unite for change. The time to sit in silence is over, too much is happening to our young generation
Andrew C. Edwards made this comment under the picture below that i posted on my facebook wall with my princess :-
For almost two weeks now I have been struggling with what to contribute re the almost 300 Nigerian teenage girls who have been abducted and are being held captive. Until yesterday I avoided liking or commenting on posts re this tragedy; I became so numb at each sight or read of the appeals I became overwhelmed. Thanks to my new found friend Dee Hunt I have finally mustered the courage and enlightenment to chime in. Thus far almost ALL if not all the pleas I have seen have come from WOMEN. The time has come for the MEN of valor, integrity and common decency to speak up and or act.
It is said, and I believe it to be true, that real men love and respect women. These girls not only have mothers, they must have fathers, brothers, uncles and other males in their lives. Men we MUST let our voices be heard in condemnation of all "MEN" who propagate such inhumane act against the mothers, wives, aunts and caregivers of tomorrow. Society ascribes the role of security to the male; MEN of NIGERIA and the World please join forces and let these men know unequivocally that we condemn them and their actions and demand the immediate release of our girls.

My reply to Andrew
Thanks for joining in and holding my hand Andrew C. Edwards. Your comment brought a mixture of smiles and tears to my eyes. We may not be able to go to Nigeria to fight in this battle but we can pray and continue to bring awareness to the situation. Once again thanks so keep standing right beside me. hugs.
